NCT ID NCT06584916

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether a daily pill called orforglipron can help people with obesity or overweight maintain the weight they lost using injectable medications like tirzepatide (Zepbound) or semaglutide (Wegovy). About 376 participants who completed a prior weight-loss trial will take either orforglipron or a placebo for a period of time. The main goal is to see if the pill helps them keep the weight off.
