First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether drinking 100% orange juice every day for 6 weeks could improve skin health in women. Twenty women with fair to medium skin tones participated. Researchers measured how the skin reacted to UV light, its moisture barrier, and overall appearance. The goal was to see if orange juice reduces sun damage and wrinkling.
