Summary
This early research study aims to understand if taking an oral typhoid vaccine causes temporary changes to the lining of the intestines. Researchers will measure gut health and immune system responses in 10 healthy volunteers before and after they receive the vaccine. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about how this common travel vaccine interacts with the body, not to treat or prevent any disease in the participants.
