Summary
This study aims to understand if a common oral typhoid vaccine causes temporary changes in the gut's protective barrier. Researchers will measure gut permeability and immune responses in 10 healthy volunteers before and after they receive the vaccine. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about how this vaccine interacts with the body, not to test a new treatment.
