This study tests whether an oral medicine called glibenclamide can safely control high blood sugar in very premature babies (born before 32 weeks, weighing under 1500 grams). The goal is to see if it can be used instead of insulin, without causing dangerously low blood sugar. The study involves 35 infants and is in Phase 2.
