Summary

This study looked at how much each millimeter of advancement in an oral mouthpiece helps people with sleep apnea. Twenty adults with moderate or severe sleep apnea who could not use a CPAP machine took part. Researchers measured breathing pauses and daytime sleepiness at each step to find the best setting.
