Summary
This study will test a training program that combines eye exercises with balance and posture training to help people with a weak inner ear (vestibular hypofunction). The goal is to see if it can reduce dizziness, motion sickness, and improve quality of life. About 32 adults aged 20 to 40 who get motion sickness or have vertigo will participate.
