Summary
This study looked at 98 adults with severe-to-profound hearing loss to see if they also have balance problems. Since the hearing and balance organs are both in the inner ear, damage to one might affect the other. Researchers used three different balance tests to compare participants with hearing loss to healthy controls. The goal was to better understand how hearing loss and balance are connected.
