First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests a computer model called OptiThyDose that helps doctors calculate the right dose of thyroid medication for children with congenital hypothyroidism or Graves' disease. About 150 children will be randomly assigned to get dosing guided by the model or by standard care. The goal is to see if the model helps keep thyroid hormone levels in a healthy range more consistently.
