Summary

This study is testing a computer model called OptiThyDose to help doctors find the right dose of thyroid medication for children with congenital hypothyroidism or Graves' disease. About 150 children will take part, and their thyroid hormone levels will be checked to see if the model helps keep them in a healthy range. The goal is to make dosing more accurate and reduce side effects from too much or too little medicine.
