Summary

This study looked at how to best give daily HIV prevention pills (PrEP) to pregnant women in Sub-Saharan Africa. Researchers tested different doses of the medication in 54 pregnant volunteers to find the dose that works best and is safest for both mother and baby. The goal is to prevent HIV infection during pregnancy without causing harm.
