Which works better? new study tests bowel aids after pelvic surgery

Summary
This study looks at two different ways to help women have their first bowel movement after vaginal surgery for pelvic organ prolapse. About 88 women will be randomly assigned to take either an oral senna or a rectal bisacodyl suppository. The goal is to see which option leads to a quicker and more satisfying recovery.
