This study tested three different doses of spinal morphine (50, 150, or 250 micrograms) to see which provides the longest pain relief after a C-section. 72 healthy women participated, and the main goal was to measure how long before they needed extra pain medication. The results help doctors choose the best dose to manage pain while minimizing side effects.
