Summary
This study tests a device called Optilume that is placed through the penis to open up the prostate and improve urine flow. It is for men aged 50 and older with moderate to severe symptoms from an enlarged prostate. The goal is to see if the device safely reduces symptoms like frequent urination and weak stream over 12 months.
