New catheter aims to help men with enlarged prostate urinate easier

Summary

This study tests the Optilume BPH Catheter System in 92 men aged 50 and older with an enlarged prostate causing urinary problems. The goal is to see if the device safely improves symptoms like frequent urination and weak stream. Participants will be followed for 12 months to measure symptom changes and any serious side effects.
