NCT ID NCT07586917

First seen May 17, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a Patient Navigator—a person who helps guide patients through healthcare and social services—can improve outcomes for pregnant women with opioid use disorder (with or without stimulant use). About 429 participants will be randomly assigned to either usual care or up to 14 sessions with a navigator. The goal is to see if this support helps them stay in treatment, reduce drug use, and connect with needed services.
