Summary

This study aims to understand if common opioid pain medications affect how well immunotherapy works for advanced lung cancer. Researchers will follow 100 patients with significant pain who are receiving both immunotherapy and opioids. The goal is to see if pain levels or the painkillers themselves change treatment outcomes like survival time and tumor response.
