Summary

This study looks at whether a patient navigation program called NavSTAR helps people with opioid use disorder start treatment after leaving the hospital. Researchers will first test it with 32 people across four hospitals, then with 720 participants to see if it reaches those who need it and can be sustained long-term. The goal is to improve treatment access and reduce hospital readmissions.
