Summary

This study compares opioid-free anesthesia to standard opioid-based anesthesia for teens having scoliosis surgery. The goal is to see if avoiding opioids can still control pain effectively during and after surgery. Thirty participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups, and researchers will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and pain scores to measure success.
