No opioids needed? new anesthesia approach for pancreatic surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether using no opioids during pancreatic surgery can control pain just as well as standard opioid anesthesia, while reducing the need for painkillers after surgery. About 200 adults aged 18 to 80 having this surgery will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this approach lowers opioid use and maintains comfort.
