Summary
This study tests a new way to help people with chronic non-cancer pain who have been on opioids for a long time. Instead of usual care, a team of doctors, pharmacists, and therapists will create a personalized plan to reduce pain and opioid use. The goal is to see if this approach lowers pain interference in daily life.
