Online program aims to strengthen liver transplant patients before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week online program of exercise, nutrition advice, and behavioral support can improve physical function in people waiting for a liver transplant. About 177 adults with cirrhosis who are frail or pre-frail will be recruited from six Canadian transplant centers. Half will receive the online program, and half will get usual care. The main goal is to see if the program helps them get stronger and reduces frailty before their transplant.
