Summary

This study tests a new drug called ONT01 combined with standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that has worsened after initial treatment. The goal is to see if ONT01 can reprogram immune cells in the tumor to make the chemotherapy work better. About 61 adults will participate in this early-phase trial to find the best dose and check for safety and effectiveness.
