Summary
This study tested a 6-week online workshop for 109 family caregivers of people with dementia. The workshop taught caregiving skills and ways to manage stress and difficult emotions. Caregivers could join from home at any time and chat with other caregivers and trained leaders. The goal was to see if the workshop was helpful and easy to use, with the hope of improving caregivers' well-being and reducing hospital visits for their loved ones.
