First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether an online, therapist-guided therapy for chronic insomnia can also reduce anxiety symptoms and improve emotional health. About 98 adults with both insomnia and anxiety will be randomly assigned to start the therapy immediately or after a delay. Participants will track sleep at home and may also undergo sleep studies and brain scans to understand how the therapy works.
