About 528 adults with conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus will either use the program or receive standard care and printed materials. The program includes eLearning and sessions with an occupational therapist and a vocational counselor to identify workplace changes. Researchers will track work productivity and job loss over five years to see if the program helps people remain employed.
