Summary
This study aimed to see if a flexible, internet-based therapy program could help control symptoms of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) as effectively as traditional group therapy or standard medication. Researchers tested the program's effectiveness and cost in 46 adults in China over 6 weeks. The program adjusted the level of therapist support based on each participant's needs.
