Summary

This study tests if listening to a short online hypnosis exercise every day for 6 weeks can improve self-esteem and resilience in children aged 10-11. Researchers hope it may also prevent anxiety or depression as they grow into teenagers. About 345 children from Dutch primary schools will take part, with one group starting immediately and another starting later for comparison.
