New streaming fitness platform aims to help brain injury survivors get active

Summary
This study is testing a new online exercise platform designed specifically for people living with chronic brain injury. Researchers will enroll 60 participants who have had a brain injury for at least 9 months and currently exercise very little. Half will use the new streaming platform for 8 weeks, while the other half will be monitored for comparison, to see if the platform helps increase physical activity and confidence.
