New streaming fitness platform tailored for brain injury survivors

Summary
This study is testing a new online exercise platform designed specifically for people living with chronic brain injury. Researchers are working with 60 participants to see if this special streaming service helps them become more physically active and feel more confident about exercising. Half the group will use the new platform for 8 weeks while the other half is monitored, to compare how well it works in real life.
