First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 10-week online group therapy program (cognitive behavioural therapy) can help mothers and birthing parents with postpartum depression or anxiety. About 48 participants in Ontario will be randomly assigned to either receive the online therapy plus usual care, or usual care alone. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for reducing symptoms.
