Summary

This study tests Velibra, an internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy program, for people on a waitlist for anxiety treatment. About 30 adults with panic disorder, social anxiety, or generalized anxiety will use the program for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety symptoms using questionnaires.
