Summary
This study tests a one-week course of radiation for breast cancer patients who need treatment to the chest or breast and nearby lymph nodes. The goal is to see if this shorter approach is safe and effective at controlling the disease. About 197 participants will be followed for at least 5 years to check for side effects, cancer return, and quality of life.
