Summary
This study looked at whether taking omega-3 supplements (low or high dose) for 90 days could improve anxiety, depression, and vitamin D levels in 103 college students aged 18-27. Participants were randomly assigned to receive placebo, low-dose, or high-dose omega-3s. The researchers measured mood using standard questionnaires and checked vitamin D through blood tests. The goal was to see if a simple supplement could help with mental health in young adults.
