Summary
This study tested whether taking omega-3 supplements for 6 months could improve blood flow in the retina of people with mild to moderate diabetic retinopathy. 60 adults with diabetes and early eye damage were included. The main goal was to measure changes in tiny blood vessels in the back of the eye using a special camera.
