Summary
This early-phase study is testing whether a combination of high-phenolic extra virgin olive oil and curcumin is safe and can help reduce skin tumors in adults with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1). Twenty-three participants take the supplements twice daily for up to 12 months. The main goal is to check for side effects, with a secondary look at whether the tumors shrink.
