Summary
This study looked at whether a supplement called OliPhenolia®, made from olives, can reduce inflammation caused by exercise and help healthy adults recover faster. 18 healthy adults took either the supplement or a placebo before and after a standard workout. Researchers measured inflammation markers in the blood and tested movement quality over several days.
