First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a supplement called OliPhenolia®, made from olive polyphenols, can reduce inflammation and improve movement recovery after exercise in healthy adults. Eighteen participants took either the supplement or a placebo before and after exercise, with blood tests and movement checks over several days. The goal was to see if short-term or 16-day use helps the body bounce back faster.
