Summary
This study tests whether a natural substance called oleanolic acid can fight infection and inflammation inside teeth better than standard root canal medicines. 36 adults with infected single-root teeth will receive one of three treatments. The goal is to see which medicine best reduces bacteria and pain, helping the tooth heal.
