New drug duo targets BRCA breast cancer in early trial

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, olaparib and sapacitabine, in people with advanced breast cancer that has a BRCA gene mutation. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if the drugs shrink tumors. About 10 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
