New drug combo shows promise for inherited breast cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of two drugs, olaparib and sapacitabine, in people with breast cancer that has spread and who have a BRCA gene mutation. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 10 participants are enrolled.
