Surgeons get 'X-Ray Vision' for delicate eye operations

NCT ID NCT03713268

Summary

This study is testing a new 3D imaging technology that gives eye surgeons a live, detailed view inside the eye during surgery. Researchers want to see if this tool helps surgeons perform delicate procedures more precisely for conditions like macular holes, retinal detachment, and cataracts. The study includes both patients undergoing eye surgery and healthy volunteers for comparison.
