Summary
This study checked how much of the multiple sclerosis drug ocrelizumab passes from mother to baby during pregnancy. Researchers measured B cell levels in 70 infants whose mothers took the drug before or early in pregnancy. The goal was to understand the drug's effect on the baby's immune system.
