First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study re-examines MRI scans from 732 people with primary-progressive multiple sclerosis who took part in the ORATORIO trial. Researchers want to see if ocrelizumab changes the choroid plexus, a brain area involved in inflammation. The goal is to better understand how the drug works, not to test a new treatment.
