First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study compares two types of job support for adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) who are unemployed but want to work. All 40 participants will receive up to 12 sessions of a proven OCD therapy called exposure and response prevention. Half will also get a specialized job coaching program, while the other half receives standard job services. The goal is to see which approach better helps people find and keep competitive employment.
