New study aims to boost job success for adults with OCD

Summary
This study compares two types of job support for adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) who are unemployed but want to work. All 40 participants will receive up to 12 sessions of a proven OCD therapy called exposure and response prevention. Half will also get a specialized job coaching program, while the other half receives standard job services. The goal is to see which approach better helps people find and keep competitive employment.
