Summary

This study tests two ways to help adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) find and keep jobs. All 40 participants will receive up to 12 sessions of a proven therapy called exposure and response prevention (a type of CBT). Half will also get extra job support (Individual Placement and Support), while the other half gets standard vocational services. The goal is to see which approach works better for employment and quality of life.
