Summary
This study aims to figure out why exposure therapy helps some people with OCD but not others. Researchers will track 400 adults with OCD during therapy sessions, using surveys, behavior observations, and wristwatch sensors to measure body responses. The goal is to identify which parts of therapy are most effective, so treatment can be personalized for better results.
