NCT ID NCT07146438
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a noninvasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS, combined with a specific type of therapy (Exposure and Response Prevention), can reduce OCD symptoms in people who haven't gotten better with standard treatments. About 48 adults with OCD will receive rTMS along with either ERP or supportive therapy. Researchers will also use wearable devices, smartphones, and brain scans to understand who benefits most and why.
