Modified immune cells take on advanced cancers in new trial
NCT ID NCT06060613
First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment called OBX-115 for people with advanced melanoma or non-small cell lung cancer that has spread or come back. OBX-115 uses a patient's own immune cells (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) that are modified in the lab to include a protein (IL15) that helps them survive and fight cancer longer. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can shrink tumors.
