Summary
This study tests a new, remotely delivered weight-loss program (EVO) against the current gold-standard Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) in adults with obesity (BMI 30-45). Over 500 participants will use a smartphone app and video calls to lose weight. The goal is to see which program is more effective and cost-efficient for weight loss.
