Summary
This study compares a new, remotely delivered weight-loss program (EVO) to the standard Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) in adults with obesity (BMI 30-45). Researchers want to see which program helps people lose more weight over 6 months and which is more cost-effective. Participants use a smartphone app and attend video calls with study staff.
